Introduction

Printed circuit board and large-area processing refers to all processes that can be applied in parallel to a substrate with a surface area of more than 150 mm x 150 mm (typically A4 size: 290 mm x 210 mm). Evident examples include printed circuit board processing steps as vacuum lamination, lithography and etching. Alternatives for vacuum lamination are the manual hydrolic press for sheet to sheet lamination and the hot roll laminator for roll to roll or roll to sheet lamination.
